Every nook and cranny in there is ergonomically well designed. We enjoyed our first Hot Spring Sovereign for fifteen years and we are very suitably impressed with the improvements in the technology. Just a note to thank you for your extremely friendly service and excellent Hot Spring Tub. As you know, I've had neck and back surgery and suffer from arthritis. Since I started using the tub, I have felt wonderful. I was using muscle creams and rubs every day, several times a day, prior to the installation of the tub. Now I don't need them. I watch the sun rise every morning, relaxed in the tub, looking forward to the two or three more thirty minute sessions I average every day. The last session before I go to bed, I marvel at how much better I feel. Thanks again for your excellent service and product.

We love our Hot Tub! We couldn't get it at first because our house wasn't ready, so David and Glenda gladly stored it for us! Then after it was put in, we had a few problems, but they were so gracious and came to the house many times - (not a short distance!) to get it working just right! We use it almost daily - it is wonderful therapy for our aching bodies!

On Sunday, while walking my dog, I experienced a back spasm, which made walking or standing almost impossible. This had happened to me 15 years ago and I spent 2 1/2 days in the hospital in the "W" position, taking muscle relaxing and pain pills, and sitting in a $100 and hour whirlpool tub. This time my own hot tub, with its powerful jets had me back walking almost pain free the next day. My son, a chiropractor, told me to get into it as soon as I could climb in...which I did. This is only one of a number of similar stories when hot tubing has saved me pain and money.
We enjoy the tub all year long and would not give it up for anything.

In the beginning we were concerned about buying a pool, getting it installed on a level area and maintaining it. We have never taken care of or maintained a pool before. The workmen that assembled the pool and set it up were well trained and professional. You have always answered our questions and been very helpful. Maintenance has not been a problem. It is a real benefit to have the water tested at your place of business to be sure we have the proper levels of chemicals to keep a clean safe pool. We would highly recommend you and your company to anyone interested in the purchase of a pool or any of your other products.

Thanks so much for helping us in the purchase, installation and maintenance of our Beachcomber 720RI hot tub this past year! As you know, we researched and tested hot tubs for about two months before making the decision to go with Beachcomber, and if we were going to buy another tub, we'd even choose the same model again! We have really enjoyed our tub, and find that it is something we really miss when we are away from home. We've also noticed considerable improvement in our back and neck pain that used to require each of us to get chiropractic adjustments almost monthly. It's now been several months since either of us has needed an adjustment, and we feel a great deal of that is due to the variety of jets and seating arrangements in out tub. Our family and friends are pretty impressed with it as well! We use the tub almost daily, and have found the maintenance to be much easier than we had anticipated. We have attached a couple of pictures we recently took of the tub on our lower deck. Please feel free to use them as you wish.

My husband and I have been using Spazazz Spa and bath crystals and we really love them. We have been spa owners for approximately one year. We bought our spa primarily for therapeutic purposes. Both of us suffer from various skeletal and muscle ailments and the spa in itself has been very helpful. When we started using the Spazazz spa and bath crystals we noticed that it seemed to reduce the aches and pains even more than with the spa alone. It had an anti-inflammatory effect. The welling decreased in my husbands ankle and knees. Instead of having chlorine and spa chemical smell these crystals have a very pleasant fragrance. Very aromatic. The fragrance also lasts the length of a treatment and isn’t overwhelming as some bath crystals can be. The water doesn’t fell “heavy” when we are in the tub and my skin feels soft after we get out of the tub. My husband is a mechanic by trade and his hands get a lot of abuse. The chemicals used in the auto repair industry as well as the cleansers to clean the oil and grease from his hands cause dry, rough and cracking skin. We have yet to find a hand lotion that will treat it let alone clear it up. Spa and bath crystals make his hands better, no rough or cracking patches. We have only tried a few of the various fragrances they offer but we are looking forward to trying more.
