Just a note to thank you for your extremely friendly service and excellent Hot Spring Tub. As you know, I’ve had neck and back surgery and suffer from arthritis. Since I started using the tub, I have felt wonderful. I was using muscle creams and rubs every day, several times a day, prior to the installation of the tub. Now I don’t need them.  I watch the sun rise every morning, relaxed in the tub, looking forward to the two or three more thirty minute sessions I average every day. The last session before I go to bed, I marvel at how much better I feel. Thanks again for your excellent service and product. PS: I have recommended you and your products to all my family and friends.
