Shipping Information

Shipping Time:

Important: If you have any questions regarding your shipping/delivery, please email including your First & Last Name, Email & Phone Number.

Order Verification:

All orders are being verified before shipped out and sometimes this verification may delay your order shipment.

You will receive an order confirmation email once we verified your order. You will receive an additional email with tracking details when your order ships out.

Shipping Charges:

Depending on your shipping service, your order weight, and destination address will determine the shipping charges that will be shown during checkout. Shipping charges will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents.

Options for you to choose from:

  • Free two day delivery service on orders of $49.99 and above for qualifying areas in Stone & Taney Counties.
  • Free Fedex Ground shipping on orders over $99.99
  • $25 Fedex Ground Shipping on orders over $49.99

Note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories are not eligible for Free Shipping. To be eligible for FREE Shipping you have to meet the minimum of $99.99 for Fedex Ground and $49.99 for Route Delivery Service, excluding shipping and handling charges, fees, and taxes.

Order Cutoff Times:

Orders placed by 12pm Central Time are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm Central Time and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship to any United States and US Territory address. We do not ship to international addresses.

Changing Shipping Destination:

Once you have submitted an order, you can’t change your shipping destination anymore.

Shipping Hazardous and Restricted Materials:

Federal and state regulations prohibit the transport and/or sale of certain materials. I’m not sure what to write here under Hazardous Materials …

Returns & Warranties

Important: Please email if you have questions about the warranty or return on a particular item, including your contact information and the part # or full description.

NON-REFUNDABLE items are the following:  Special order parts, chemicals, and electrical parts.

30 Days Return Policy covers everything else that we sell for the full credit.

Ordered the Wrong Part: If you’re not satisfied with something or you just decide you don’t need it, you can obtain return instructions by sending e-mail to (in your email, please tell us your order number, the part number and the reason for the return).  If a part doesn’t fit, don’t try to “make it fit” and risk damaging the part (or hurting yourself). We won’t accept responsibility for any costs exceeding the cost of the part so please inspect the part before you start the repair.

Full Manufacture Warranty for all our products, except those marked “CLOSEOUT ITEM” in our catalog. Some of the Closeout items do not carry a manufacturer warranty (but still are covered by our Return Policy). We sell the most recognized brands in the industry, so you can buy with confidence. But like other retailers, we do not offer any product warranty of our own.
